I have in-network status with many, but not all, of the insurance plans offered by Premera Blue Cross, Regence Blue Shield, and other Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans. You should always verify my network status with the insurer.
I am out of network for all other insurers, and although I can assist with submission of claims, patients are individually responsible for timely payment.
I do not accept Medicare or Medicaid (including Apple Health). Persons covered by those plans can see me by paying privately, and are required to sign a contract agreeing not to submit those charges to Medicare or Medicaid. See the form “Office Policies.”
